We are working with a leading US law firm in London seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (c. 2–5 PQE) with experience of advising on complex corporate transactions involving multiple jurisdictions across real estate assets.

These are complex UK and European deals advising funds, for example, on the acquisition of a portfolio of hotels concentrated in London and other major UK cities and the hotel operations from another fund. Disposal of a fund's stake in an iconic hotel to its joint venture partner.

They will consider very good corporate associates with a strong interest in the PE side of Real Estate. Associates are actively encouraged to undertake BD to enhance your value to the firm/prospects.
