About the Role
You will work on a broad range of equity capital markets matters, including:
- Initial Public Offerings (IPO)
- Placings and accelerated bookbuild
- Rights issues and secondary offerings
- Public company advisory matters
- UK public M&A transactions
- Corporate governance and regulatory compliance matters
Working closely with market-leading partners and associates, you will gain exposure to complex cross-border transactions and high-profile listed company work across a variety of sectors.
Responsibilities
