A leading international law firm is seeking a 3–8 PQE Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team in London. This is a standout opportunity to work closely with highly regarded partners on a broad mix of complex, cross-border real estate finance transactions, within a lean, high-performing team that offers genuine responsibility and client exposure from day one.
The Role
You will advise on a wide range of matters, including:
- Real estate finance (investment and development financing)
- Structured real estate transactions
- Cross-border financings involving institutional lenders and sponsors
- Refinancings, acquisitions and portfolio deals
The team operates across jurisdictions, regularly acting for global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and major real estate investors.
Experience
You will have 3–6 years’ PQE (Equivalent), strong experience in banking/finance with a real estate finance focus, and be trained at a top-tier UK or US firm. You should demonstrate BD skills alongside strong technical ability.
