Corporate Senior Associate – Guildford | 6+ PQE
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate lawyer to join the Guildford office (Surrey) of a major law firm.
The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of corporate matters, including M&A, venture capital and spin-out transactions, as well as ongoing company law and corporate advisory work.
This is a high-visibility role offering genuine scope for career development. You will take responsibility for running transactions from start to finish, supervise junior lawyers, develop direct client relationships and play an active role in the team's business development—with the full support of the partners.
The firm is looking for an England & Wales-qualified solicitor with at least six years' PQE and a strong corporate background gained in private practice. Previous experience of managing transactions, supervising junior lawyers and contributing to business development would be particularly valuable.
The firm offers hybrid working, with the flexibility to work remotely for up to 50% of the time.
