The role will involve:
- Assisting on sophisticated cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, facility agreements and intercreditor documentation.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and clients on highly structured financing arrangements.
- Advising on English law security packages and related finance documentation.
- Exposure to a broad range of sponsor-side and lender-side financing matters.
Candidates should demonstrate:
