We are working with the London Office of one of the best known law firm brands in the USA. They have an opportunity for a 4 to 7 PQE Corporate Associate qualified in England & Wales who wishes to handle M&A and Private Equity with a substantial client development element. You will have gained experience with the Corporate Team of a leading London Firm and be moving to improve your partnership prospects.
Responsibilities
- Handle M&A and Private Equity transactions.
- Drive significant client development.
- Advise across sectors including consumer, industrials, hospitality, retail, food and beverage, financial services, health care, and real estate.
- Prepare and review transaction documents.
- Assist in supervising junior associates.
Qualifications
- 4-7 PQE as a Corporate Associate qualified in England & Wales.
- Experience in Corporate/Private Equity, with beneficial real‑estate asset experience.
- Strong client‑facing skills and evidence of successful client development.
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills.
- Team player within a collaborative culture.
