We are working with a US Law firm whose London office is a key part of the firm’s global platform, working seamlessly across jurisdictions to advise leading multinational clients on complex matters.
The Role:
Seeking a highly motivated and talented Employment Associate with between 2 and 6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join our growing London Employment team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a top-tier international practice known for delivering commercial and pragmatic advice on a broad range of employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising multinational clients on UK and international employment law matters, primarily non-contentious in nature
- Supporting corporate transactions with employment due diligence and post-deal integration matters
- Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and senior executive documentation
- Advising on internal investigations, restructurings, and employment-related compliance issues
- Providing strategic advice on employee relations, workplace culture, and cross-border HR initiatives
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor in England & Wales, with 2–6 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong academic background and solid grounding in UK employment law
- Predominantly non-contentious experience; international employment experience is highly desirable
- Excellent technical skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build strong client relationships
- Team player with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
