Nicholas Scott has been instructed by the Senior Employment Partner of an established US international law firm to recruit an experienced Employment Partner to join and work alongside him in London.

You will have a broad employer-side employment practice, advising UK and international businesses on sophisticated employment matters.

Particular areas of interest include:

  • Complex employee relations matters, workplace investigations, discrimination, harassment and whistleblowing.
  • Workforce restructuring, redundancies, reorganisations, outsourcing and TUPE.
  • Employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate restructurings.
