A leading international law firm is seeking a 2–6 PQE Associate to join its Real Estate Finance team in London. The Role

You will advise on a wide range of matters, including:

  • Real estate finance (investment and development financing)
  • Structured real estate transactions
  • Cross-border financings involving institutional lenders and sponsors
  • Refinancings, acquisitions and portfolio deals

The team operates across jurisdictions, regularly acting for global financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and major real estate investors.

Experience

You will:

  • Be England & Wales qualified or Australian/ NQ Qualified with 2–6 years’ PQE
  • Have strong experience in banking / finance with a real estate finance focus
  • Be trained at a top-tier UK or US firm
  • Demonstrate BD skills alongside strong technical ability
