We are working with one of New Zealand’s leading law firms who are looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join their top Projects and Real Estate team in the Auckland office. The firm works with major national and international clients, including highly ranked development and investment companies, leading NZ companies, Government departments and agencies, start-ups and leading multinationals.
They are looking for an experienced Real Estate lawyer at either Associate or Senior Associate level with experience of:
- Development projects
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing matters
- Other property related matters
The firm will sponsor overseas qualified lawyers.
