This is an outstanding opportunity for a lawyer with 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience gained in London or another comparable common law jurisdiction, who is looking to work on complex, cross-border sponsor-driven financing transactions within a highly regarded international practice.
You will have experience advising financial sponsors, banks or other lenders on leveraged acquisition finance matters, together with a strong interest in developing further expertise in this area.
The role will involve:
- Assisting on sophisticated cross-border leveraged finance transactions.
- Drafting and negotiating commitment papers, facility agreements and intercreditor documentation.
- Working closely with senior lawyers and clients on highly structured financing arrangements.
- Advising on English law security packages and related finance documentation.
- Exposure to a broad range of sponsor-side and lender-side financing matters.
Candidates should demonstrate:
- A developing understanding of leveraged capital structures and leveraged loan products.
- Strong technical drafting skills and excellent attention to detail.
