Nicholas Scott is working with one of the biggest banking teams in London Office of a US Law Firm offering great support and mentoring (you are allocated a mentoring Partner). This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile, cross-border transactions for top-tier investment banks, private equity sponsors, direct lenders, and corporates.
You will be working on the following:
- Structuring and negotiating complex leveraged and acquisition finance deals
- Advising lenders and borrowers on unitranche, mezzanine, and senior/second lien financings
- Collaborating with colleagues globally on multi-jurisdictional matters
- Mentoring junior lawyers and supporting business development efforts
