In-House Employment Lawyer | Elite International Law Firm | London
A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its in-house legal team in London. This is a rare opportunity to work within the firm’s General Counsel team, advising on internal employment law matters across its global offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice on a wide range of employment issues affecting the firm’s internal operations.
- Advise on disciplinary matters, grievances, performance management, redundancies, and employee relations.
- Support on employment litigation and regulatory matters involving staff and partners.
- Draft and review employment-related policies, contracts, and procedures in line with best practice and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with HR, senior management, and global legal colleagues to ensure consistent and compliant employment practices.
