Salary: £180,000 – £230,000 plus bonus (Cravath Scale)
A prestigious US law firm in London is seeking a high-performing Corporate / Private Equity Associate with 1 to 3 years’ post-qualification experience (England & Wales) to join its elite transactional practice.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work on market-leading deals across private equity, public and private M&A, and strategic investments for an international client base that includes top-tier private equity sponsors and global corporates.
