The Trust and governors wish to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant who is enthusiastic, talented and highly motivated to join our friendly and hardworking team. You will work in a classroom setting for part of the day and spend the remainder of the day delivering interventions across all key stages, nurturing our children and making a significant impact in our school.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Full Level 3 qualification or relevant Level 3 qualification
  • Experience working with children in the primary age range and partnering with class teachers and other staff members
  • High motivation and commitment to securing the best outcomes for all children
  • Excellent standards of literacy, numeracy and spoken English
  • Excellent behaviour‑management and communication skills to support pupils with different needs and abilities, and high expectations of learning and behaviour for all
  • Active involvement in all aspects of school life
