We are seeking Revit Technicians to support the design and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects across the UK and Ireland. The role involves producing coordinated Revit models and technical drawings for treatment works, pumping stations, pipelines, and associated civil assets, working closely with multi-disciplinary design teams in accordance with ISO 19650 and industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Produce and maintain Revit models and technical drawings as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Prepare 2D/3D drawings, sections, and schedules to project standards for civil water and wastewater facilities.
- Support ISO 19650–compliant delivery.
- Coordinate models with civil, mechanical, electrical, and process teams.
- Assist with clash detection and model coordination (e.g. Navisworks).
- Implement design changes and manage revisions.
- Maintain models and drawings within the Common Data Environment (CDE).
- Support engineers with drawing production and design development.
- Contribute to project handover and asset information deliverables.
- Ensure modelling and drawing tasks are delivered to a high standard, accurately and within programme timescales.
- Maintain a culture of continuous improvement across all aspects of the working environment and projects.
Qualifications and Experience
- Ideally a minimum of 5 years’ experience; less experience may be considered for exceptional candidates.
- Knowledge/experience of construction techniques and building regulations.
- Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD.
- Experience in GA (General Arrangement) drawings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
- Good written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly in a technical project environment.
- Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural team.
