Deli Manager – Prestigious Luxury Deli – Leamington Spa – £40,000 to 45,000 (DOE) + Bonus
We are recruiting for a Deli Manager to lead the team at one of Leamington Spa’s most celebrated and luxurious food destinations.
This is not your average deli. Here, they source an exquisite range of high-end, luxury products from across the globe — from artisan cheeses and fine charcuterie to rare delicacies, premium meat, and more. Every guest experience is designed to inspire and delight.
The Role
As Deli Manager, you will:
- Lead and inspire a passionate team, ensuring impeccable customer service at every touchpoint
- Manage day-to-day operations, including stock, supplier relationships, display standards, and financial performance
- Oversee back-office systems, including ordering, stock control, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with a loyal customer base
