Assistant Manager – Destination Pub – £26k – Daventry – Assistant Manager
We are looking for an Assistant Manager for a stunning destination gastropub close to Daventry. This is part of a growing company and a great time to join them as they acquire more properties across the area.
As we come out of the pandemic, this pub is going to be incredibly busy and we need the right assistant manager to join this stable team and help improve the service, ensuring the guests have an outstanding experience.
The ideal assistant manager will have previous experience managing teams, have a love of service and always pushing to improve what you can.
The hours here are very good, you’ll be working no more than 48 hours per week but due to the location, you will need your own transport.
