Currently seeking passionate and experienced Healthcare Assistants to join our growing teams to work weekend shifts at our home in East Sussex. The role requires to work Saturdays and Sundays each week. As a Healthcare Assistant, you\’ll play a pivotal role in resident well-being while leading and motivating a dedicated care team. Deliver exceptional resident care: In accordance with current best practices, ensuring resident comfort, dignity, and well-being according to care plans, according to policy and procedures, agreed standards, legislative requirements and relevant regulations, under the management of the Manager. I ncluding meals, personal care, medication, cleaning, assisting to get dressed including bathing and social interaction. All applicants must already hold the legal right to work in the UK to apply for this role (Please NOTE we do not provide sponsorship) Qualified and experienced Carer with a minimum of 2+ years in a care setting.
