As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Lettings Property Manager to join our professional and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across the Northampton area
  • Handle tenant enquiries, property maintenance issues, inspections, and renewals
  • Liaise with landlords and contractors to ensure properties are compliant and well maintained
  • Coordinate move-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
  • Ensure all lettings legislation and health & safety requirements are met
  • Maintain accurate records and deliver outstanding customer service at all times

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience in residential lettings or property management (essential)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of current lettings legislation
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
  • ARLA qualification is an advantage but not essential
