As our portfolio continues to grow, weβre looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Lettings Property Manager to join our professional and friendly team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties across the Northampton area
- Handle tenant enquiries, property maintenance issues, inspections, and renewals
- Liaise with landlords and contractors to ensure properties are compliant and well maintained
- Coordinate move-ins, check-outs, and deposit returns
- Ensure all lettings legislation and health & safety requirements are met
- Maintain accurate records and deliver outstanding customer service at all times
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in residential lettings or property management (essential)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of current lettings legislation
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage allowance provided)
- ARLA qualification is an advantage but not essential
