Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including maintenance and tenant relations.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants.
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs for the property, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Send property inspection reports to landlords and relay the condition and any maintenance issues which require attention.
- Address tenant concerns and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Prepare and distribute notices, leases, and other necessary documents.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to effectively communicate with tenants and provide excellent customer service.
- Upselling skills to promote additional services or amenities to tenants.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment.
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday 09:00-17:30
Fridays 09:00-17:00
Overtime needed in the busy summer period from end of July to the start of September.
A typical day for a property manager involves conducting inspections at occupied properties to ensure safety and compliance. This includes identifying any maintenance issues in the homes. Additionally, while in the office, you’ll be responsible for sending reports to landlords and staying on top of maintenance tasks to provide excellent service to both our tenants and landlords.
