Responsibilities: Operational Health and
Safety: Manage the day-to-day delivery of Health Safety activities across office locations and home-working environments.
Provide dedicated onsite Health Safety support for offices in Portsmouth.
Conduct regular workplace inspections and support the resolution of identified Health Safety issues.
Maintain Health Safety policies, procedures and associated documentation.
Support employees and managers with practical Health Safety advice and guidance.
Compliance Audits and
Standards: Support the ongoing maintenance and delivery of ISO 45001 and Safe Contractor requirements.
Coordinate and support internal and external Health Safety audits.
Conduct supplier and contractor Health Safety compliance reviews and audits.
Monitor contractor compliance with internal Health Safety policies, procedures and site requirements.
Support supplier due diligence activities relating to Health Safety standards and regulatory compliance.
