My client is looking for a forward-thinking learning professional to join their team in a visible and strategic role supporting our Partner Training Program. This role focuses on designing and developing curriculum and digital training content for our external business partners in the Corporate Tax, Trade, Legal, and Risk segments.

What You'll Do
  • Design and develop engaging, self-paced eLearning content and certification exams
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and curriculum mapping to align with business goals
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform complex information into effective learning solutions
  • Create graphically rich, interactive training materials using modern design tools
  • Evaluate existing materials and update content to meet evolving learning objectives
  • Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices to all training content
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
What You Bring
  • BS or MA in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in instructional design, ideally with a focus on corporate sales or software product training
  • Expertise in Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Vyond, Adobe Creative Suite, WellSaid Labs, and other eLearning authoring tools
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and deliver across multiple timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to design dynamic, visually engaging, and instructionally sound learning content
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset
