  • The successful candidate will provide on-site, local event management support including:
  • venue and speaker liaison and support
  • local on-site support
  • attendee registration
  • source and manage external suppliers
  • liaison & support for internal stakeholders

Job Summary

The Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events, conferences, and webinars that meet the organization's goals and objectives.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication and project management skills.

You will work closely with internal teams to design and deliver events that meet our client's business objectives, enhance their brand reputation, and provide value to their attendees, while ensuring seamless execution and attention to detail throughout the event planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Researching and planning events, managing budgets and timelines, and securing venues and vendors.
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including speakers and attendees.
  • Develop and distribute event marketing materials, such as invitations, programs, and promotional materials.
  • Manage event registration, RSVPs, and attendee communication.
  • Arranging logistics, such as catering and audio-visual equipment, and managing event setup and breakdown.
  • Developing and managing project plans, identifying and mitigating risks, and evaluating event success.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations, and communicating event details.
  • Overseeing event execution, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring evaluation and feedback mechanisms are in place.
