At Dragonfly Placements Ltd, we provide safe, nurturing and supportive homes for young people aged 16–18 who have arrived in the UK unaccompanied from countries across the world. We are looking for caring, resilient and positive individuals to join our growing team in Bournemouth and help young people build confidence, independence and brighter futures.

The Role
You will support young people living within our semi-independent accommodation, helping them to feel safe, settled and empowered while developing everyday life skills and independence. This is a rewarding and varied role where no two days are the same.
You Will:
- Build positive and trusting relationships with young people
- Provide emotional and practical support
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Support young people through challenging situations with empathy and patience
- Work both independently and as part of a supportive team

Ideal Experience & Skills:
- Experience working with teenagers or vulnerable young people
- Understanding of trauma, loss and emotional wellbeing
- Confidence working alone when required
