Ready to play a key role in a fast-moving, values-led business? Nicholas Howard are looking for a commercially astute Senior Contracts Manager to join our clients in-house legal team and support the business across sales, operations, procurement and leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll negotiate, advise and manage risk – while enabling growth.
What You’ll Do
- Provide clear, practical legal advice on contracts and business risk
- Review and negotiate supplier, customer, SaaS, software and service agreements
- Support cross-border matters and instruct external counsel when needed
- Maintain contract registers and improve contract management systems
- Keep legal templates up to date and drive process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Legal training (Law degree, LPC, GDL or equivalent)
- Strong in-house commercial contracts experience (ideally IT / tech)
- Excellent negotiation skills and sound commercial judgement
- Clear communicator – pragmatic, concise and business-focused
- Organised, detail-driven and comfortable working to deadlines
