Backed by a highly experienced leadership team and a robust funding line, this is an opportunity to join a progressive business poised to become a major player in the short-term property lending space. Weโ€™re looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to take the lead in driving broker relationships and originating new lending opportunities across the UK

Key Responsibilities

  • Originate new bridging and short-term property finance business via your broker and introducer network
  • Manage deals from enquiry through to completion in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
  • Act as a brand ambassador โ€“ building awareness and trust in the market
  • Develop and implement your own strategy for growing a broker base and pipeline of deals
  • Provide exceptional service to introducers and clients, ensuring a high level of repeat business
  • Contribute insights to product development and market positioning as the company evolves
  • Lead with vision, this role is the first step in a journey toward leading and growing a high-performing sales team

About You

  • Proven experience originating property finance business (bridging, development, or specialist lending)
  • Strong broker network with the desire to continue to build on this
  • Comfortable working autonomously
  • Ambitious and driven with leadership aspirations
  • Confident managing deals from enquiry to funding, hands-on and solutions-focused
  • Skilled communicator, strong relationship builder, and team collaborator
  • Able to spot and act on new market opportunities and shape commercial strategy
