We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their Oxford Finance team. The Role

  • Managing and maintaining the purchase ledger
  • Processing invoices, credit notes, expenses & credit card statements
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Supporting month‑end processes
  • Ensuring accurate financial records and documented procedures

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a finance / transactional finance role
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, lookups, data handling)
  • Experience with finance systems (e.g. Sage, Xero)
  • High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Professional communication skills
  • Integrity and discretion
  • Experience in professional services is desirable.
