As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to play a key role in supporting funding activities, treasury operations and financial governance.

The Role
As Treasury Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day treasury operation while helping to deliver the funding strategy of a growing financial institution.
Working closely with senior finance leaders, banking partners and external stakeholders, you'll ensure effective cash management, treasury reporting, funding administration and financial risk oversight, whilst identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes and controls.
This is a varied and commercially focused position offering excellent exposure across treasury, corporate finance and strategic business projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage treasury operations, banking facilities and cash management activities.
- Produce accurate treasury reporting and management information.
- Support funding transactions and ongoing financing structures.
- Develop strong relationships with banks, trustees, cash managers and other external partners.
- Review treasury reconciliations and financing reports, identifying trends and potential risks.
- Support treasury systems implementation and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with interest rate risk management and treasury governance.
- Ensure robust controls, compliance and operational excellence across treasury activities.
- Contribute to treasury planning, ALCO reporting and wider strategic initiatives.
About You
We're keen to speak with experienced treasury professionals who enjoy operating in a fast-paced, regulated financial services environment.
You'll ideally bring
- Previous treasury, funding, banking or corporate finance experience.
- Strong understanding of treasury operations, controls and reporting.
- Knowledge of funding structures and financial risk management.
- Excellent analytical skills with advanced Excel capability.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience improving treasury processes and implementing change.
- A Finance, Business or Accounting degree (or equivalent experience).
- ACT, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or similar professional qualifications would be advantageous.
