Ready to play a key role in a fast-moving, values-led business? Nicholas Howard are looking for a commercially astute Senior Contracts Manager to join our clients in-house legal team and support the business across sales, operations, procurement and leadership. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you will negotiate, advise and manage risk – while enabling growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide clear, practical legal advice on contracts and business risk
  • Review and negotiate supplier, customer, SaaS, software and service agreements
  • Support cross-border matters and instruct external counsel when needed
  • Maintain contract registers and improve contract management systems
  • Keep legal templates up to date and drive process improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Legal training (Law degree, LPC, GDL or equivalent)
  • Strong in-house commercial contracts experience (ideally IT / tech)
  • Excellent negotiation skills and sound commercial judgement
  • Clear communicator – pragmatic, concise and business-focused
  • Organised, detail-driven and comfortable working to deadlines
