Nicholas Howard are delighted to be recruiting for a Meetings and Events Manager to join a leading global Lifesciences client based in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at an International level leading and executing a wide range of internal and external events and meetings of varying scale, including complex and high profile engagements.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will have a good depth of experience leading and managing events across multiple international locations, working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, logistics agencies, venues and vendors to manage the full lifecycle of events. An understanding of working within the lifesciences/pharma environment and engaging with Healthcare Professionals and associated compliance will be essential!

As with any role of this nature, we will need exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, budget management, communication skills, whilst being able to work under pressure and against multiple deadlines.

The role represents an opportunity to join a vibrant, passionate, and market leading business and have a direct impact on the global events calendar. It will be hybrid in London, so candidates must be able to work up to 3 days p/week on site in the office, with UK and International travel to be expected, and is for an initial 15 months contract.
