The Opportunity
Nicholas Hendry is exclusively partnering with a prominent business in Cupar to appoint an experienced Management Accountant on a 6-month temporary basis. This is a pivotal hire designed to provide high-level support to the Finance Manager, freeing them up to focus on critical business-wide projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of cashflow forecasting and budget management, providing detailed analysis to the board.
- Act as the "right hand" to the Finance Manager, absorbing technical tasks and complex projects to allow for departmental growth.
- Work technically and commercially with Directors and Department Heads, translating complex financial data into actionable insights.
The Ideal Candidate
You will likely be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ICAS) or a highly experienced QBE with a track record in interim assignments. You must be comfortable working standalone and have the gravitas to liaise directly with senior Directors.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in high-level cashflow management and budgeting.
