Customer Support Manager (entry level position). Telford, Shropshire. 30,000 + Pension + Healthcare + 33 Days Holiday + Hybrid Working (2 days from home p/week). Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 5:00pm).

The commercial team of a highly successful and innovative manufacturing business are looking for a Customer Support Manager to work closely with the Business Manager to achieve business plan targets through implementation of the marketing and product management plans.

This Customer Support Manager is responsible for utilising their marketing skills to build customer category insight presentations, providing the sales team and customer with high quality analysis and information. This role may suit a graduate within a business capacity or someone with good experience in customer support/sales who is looking for a new challenge! Full training and development opportunities are available with excellent routes for progression!

Role Description:

  • Leading New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects.
  • Creating compelling category insight presentations and delivering commercial analysis.
  • Working with major supermarket customers to deliver successful product launches and identify growth opportunities.
  • Managing customer projects, complaints and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Contributing to customer tenders, forecasting, costings and sales analysis.
