Maintenance Engineer (DAYS)
Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.
Manufacturing Business.
£50,000 + 1.5x overtime + 33 days holiday + pension + benefits.
Days: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 4:30pm).
This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a successful manufacturing business based in Stoke on Trent.
This role supports manufacturing through the provision of Maintenance Engineering activities across all automated production machinery.
Role Description.
- Planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.
- Mechanical and Electrical fault finding and repair activities.
- Assist with installation of new machinery.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, improving efficiency.
- Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with H&S and quality standards.
Skills and Qualifications.
- Mechanical or Electrical Bias.
- Industrial manufacturing experience (any type of industry).
- Level 2+ qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- Strong fault-finding experience
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.
This role will suit an engineer who is looking for a great daily challenge and who enjoys finding solutions to engineering problems across manufacturing machinery.
