Role Description
- Maintain safe working practices and environment.
- Organising staffing schedules.
- Understand warehouse compliance regulations.
- Stock control, material flow and fleet management.
- Safe, accurate and effective storage of goods.
- Oversee team performance and fleet utilisation.
- Daily control of goods in/out process.
- Identify and report training requirements.
- Assisting with investigation reports, effectively ensuring H&S adherence.
- Ensure communication throughout the team.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience within a fast-paced warehousing environment.
- Team leading / supervisory experience.
- Experience of working to achieve multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Current, valid counterbalance and reach FLT licence.
