Internal Technical Sales Engineer based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire, specialising in Industrial Engineering Solutions.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000. Package Details: Pension Contributions, 33 Days Holiday.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday (8:00am – 4:30pm) / Friday (8:00am – 2:00pm).

Role Description:
  • Management and further development of existing accounts.
  • Receiving internal enquiries from customers and providing engineering advice.
  • Discussing equipment system requirements with customers and engineers.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Researching, developing, and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
  • Preparing and developing technical presentations to explain products to customers.
  • Providing quotes to end users.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • General Mechanical Engineering knowledge/experience.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with a variety of stakeholders and decision makers.
  • Experience within an ‘internal sales’ or account management role (desirable).
  • Strong communication skills and organisational ability.
