Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

Stourbridge, West Midlands.

Industrial Manufacturing Business.

35,000 + overtime (£20 p / h) + benefits.

Monday – Thursday (12 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm).

A highly successful manufacturing business based in Stourbridge are looking for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing mainly planned preventative support within a team environment.

Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a technically challenging environment!

Role Description

  • Provision of planned maintenance engineering across a broad range industrial machinery.
  • Mechanical Fault Finding and repair activities.
  • Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required.
  • Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted.
  • Working alongside a cross-sectional team of skilled engineers.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineering experience.
  • Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment or RAF / Navy / REME experience.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
