Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Halesowen. Industrial Manufacturing Business. £45,000 per annum + Bonus (£3500) + overtime + Pension + Healthcare. OTE – c£50,000 – £55,000 (per annum) 3-Shift Pattern – 6-2 / 2-10 / 10-6 (Monday – Friday). A well-known and highly successful manufacturing business based in the Halesowen area are looking for a skilled Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join their team. Working within this industrial scale environment, you will be providing both reactive and planned preventative support within a team environment. Fault finding and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, this opportunity will suit a proactive engineer who is motivated by working within a technically challenging environment! Role Description. * Provision of planned and reactive maintenance engineering across a broad range of automated production / process machinery. * Mechanical Fault Finding and repair activities. Also, basic electrical work when required. * Stripping down of machinery and installing new machinery when required. * Keeping H&S at the forefront when all work is conducted. * Working alongside a cross sectional team of skilled engineers. * Reporting into the Engineering Supervisor. Skills and Qualifications * Mechanically Biased Maintenance Engineering experience. * Formal Mechanical Qualifications (Level 3+) or Time Served background. * Ability to perform both planned and reactive maintenance. * Good experience of pneumatics. * Strong fault-finding skills. * Experience in a manufacturing environment or RAF / Navy / REME experience. * Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
