Maintenance Engineer (DAYS)

Stoke on Trent, Staffordshire.

Manufacturing Business.

£50,000 plus 1.5× overtime, 33 days holiday, pension and benefits.

Days: Monday – Friday (8:00 am – 4:30 pm).

This is an excellent opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer to join a successful manufacturing business based in Stoke on Trent.

  • Role Description
  • Planned and reactive maintenance on industrial machinery.
  • Mechanical and electrical fault finding and repair activities.
  • Assist with installation of new machinery.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, improving efficiency.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with H&S and quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Mechanical or electrical bias.
  • Industrial manufacturing experience (any type of industry).
  • Level 2+ qualified in mechanical or electrical engineering.
  • Strong fault‑finding experience.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

This role will suit an engineer who is looking for a great daily challenge and who enjoys finding solutions to engineering problems across manufacturing machinery.
