This role supports manufacturing through the provision of maintenance engineering activities across all automated production machinery on site. Role Description:

  • Planned and reactive maintenance of industrial automated machinery.
  • Mechanical fault finding and repair activities.
  • Stripping down, servicing, repairing and installing new machinery when required.
  • Reduce machinery downtime, keeping key plant running.
  • Conducting all work in a H&S conscious fashion.
  • Working within a team of skilled maintenance engineers.
  • Reporting into the Engineering Manager.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified in Mechanical Engineering or Time Served experience.
  • Mechanical Maintenance Engineering experience.
  • Strong fault-finding capability.
  • Experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dedicated maintenance engineering team.
