Customer Support Manager
is responsible for utilising their marketing skills to build customer category insight presentations, providing the sales team and customer with high quality analysis and information. This role will suit someone with good experience in customer support / customer service who is looking for a new challenge! Full training and development opportunities are available with excellent routes for progression! Role Description Leading New Product Development (NPD) and Existing Product Development (EPD) projects. Creating compelling category insight presentations and delivering commercial analysis. Working with major supermarket customers to deliver successful product launches and identify growth opportunities. Managing customer projects, complaints and continuous improvement initiatives. Contributing to customer tenders, forecasting, costings and sales analysis. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards. Skills and Qualifications Customer Service, Customer Support or Sales experience. Ability to interface effectively both internally and with external customers. Strong Excel competency. Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. A willingness to learn and be trained over a 6–9-month period.
