Qualifications andexperience:
- Haveaminimum GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths at grades A-C

- Behighly articulate in speech and writing
- Haveexcellent interpersonal skills
- Be able to apply your knowledge and understandingacross the whole age and ability range, in supporting teaching, learning anddevelopment of students
- Exercise initiative and independent action
