Site Manager - Fire Remediation, Liverpool, 30-Week Contract
I\'m currently working on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in cladding and façade remediation, to join a major high-rise residential fire remediation project based in the Liverpool area.
The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of the remediation package, including:
- SFS Installation
- Bracketry and Insulation
- Fire Stopping Works
- Weatherboard Systems
- Rainscreen Cladding
- EWI and Render
Requirements
- Previous experience managing cladding and fire remediation projects
- Strong technical knowledge of SFS, rainscreen cladding, fire stopping and façade systems
- Ability to manage site logistics and coordinate subcontractors effectively
- Experience with site logistics, planning and programme delivery
- High-rise residential project experience would be advantageous
