Overview
Working in modern, purpose built (clean and warm) manufacturing facilities we now require a site-based Maintenance Engineer to join the team. Both mechanical and electrical engineers considered.
Key responsibilities
- To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
- Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns.
- PPMs.
The ideal candidate
- Time served apprentice trained or above.
- Previous experience working in a maintenance focused role within a manufacturing/production environment or similar.
- An electrical understanding changing like for like parts and basic fault finding would be beneficial if you do not have electrical certifications (Electrical training can be given - the company provide electrical courses offsite).
