About the Role
A long‑standing consultancy in Sheffield is looking to bring in a Senior BIM Specialist to support its growing workload. The team works across a mix of building projects, and they’re looking for someone who can take ownership of BIM delivery while helping to strengthen internal standards and processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading BIM coordination and model management on live projects
- Developing and improving BIM standards, templates, and workflows
- Supporting project teams with training and day‑to‑day BIM queries
- Working closely with engineers, architects, and external partners
- Ensuring projects follow ISO 19650 and general best practice
What They’re Looking For
- Solid BIM experience (around 5 years or more)
- Strong Revit and Navisworks skills
- Good understanding of BIM processes and CDE platforms
