Nicholas Associates has an excellent opportunity for a Sales Account Manager to join an established client in the Sheffield area. You will be responsible for leading the Fabrication Department, driving profitable sales growth, owning technical and commercial risk, and ensuring quality, delivery, and process discipline. This role acts as the single point of accountability for Fabrication performance, bridging commercial strategy, technical validation, and operational delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overall sales performance and profitability of the Fabrication division
  • Define and drive the Fabrication sales strategy in line with business objectives
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships and strategic accounts
  • Proactively identify and convert new business and complex fabrication opportunities
