Working with many of the UK s leading housebuilders, the business delivers a wide range of residential infrastructure and groundworks packages, including roads, sewers, drainage, foundations, plot works and external works.

The Role This is a varied commercial position, combining both estimating and quantity surveying responsibilities.
Working closely with the commercial and operational teams, you will play a key role from tender stage through to project completion.

Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
Producing accurate take-offs and cost plans.
