Nicholas Associates have an excellent opportunity for a Process Engineer, to join an established client in the Lincoln area. This is a progressive role that offers mentoring & support, in which you will be part of a collaborative team that possesses a wealth of experience.

Core Duties

  • You will manage technical ownership of coating processes, maintaining controls and documentation, as well work with the plant team to investigate and address non-conformance using quality tools to identify, develop and implement robust corrective actions.
  • Further you will work with an operational and quality team to implement process improvement when needed.
  • In this role you will provide general expertise in the accurate costing and estimating of customer requirements, tooling design, project control, and coating processes parameter development.
  • Participate in customer meetings and technical reviews on project progress, results obtained and further development plans.
  • You will maintain an expertise with the process equipment in operations.
  • Organise and create documentation necessary for new applications, including job instructions, job routers, job safety analysis, and standard operating procedures.
  • Produce product substantiation / validation reports to document laboratory results obtained on sectioned components and test pieces.
  • You will be in charge to fully support all health and safety regulations.
