  • Prepare and communicate contract programmes, progress updates and planning reports.
  • Liaise with statutory authorities, utility providers, consultants and other third parties to integrate their requirements into project programmes.
  • Support project teams with contractual planning obligations under JCT and NEC contracts.
  • Provide clear reporting on project progress, critical issues and recovery strategies where required.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Planner or Senior Planner within the civil engineering or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong background in RC works, drainage and groundworks.
  • Experience working on high-profile Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects.
  • Operational site experience (Site Engineer, Site Agent or similar) combined with planning expertise.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodologies, sequencing and programme management.
