Job Description: Maintenance Engineer – CNC machinery / machine tool maintenance (Both mechanical and electrical skill sets will be considered as training can be given).
Hours/shift: Based near to Derby Head Office however some maintenance responsibilities required ad-hoc on site at Durham facility.

Overtime: x1.5 Mon-Sat and x2 on Sundays
Holidays and Benefits: 33 days holiday rises with service, Annual pay rises negotiated each year by the Union.
We now require a Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team. Working within a clean, modern, purpose-built manufacturing facility, you will be responsible for all machinery maintenance across the site consisting of CNC Machinery such as CNC Vertical and Horizontal machining centers.
Key responsibilities of the Maintenance Engineer role:
- To maintain service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
- Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns.
The ideal candidate / Maintenance Engineer may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Previous experience maintaining machinery – any machine tool maintenance experience highly beneficial. (CNC Milling/Turning machinery)
- An electrical understanding changing like for like parts and basic fault finding would be beneficial if you do not have electrical certifications (Electrical training can be given).
